To generate purchase request in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
- To assist on tracking orders and follow up with purchaser to ensure timely delivery.
- To assist on maintaining optimal inventory control within company set targets.
- To assist on management of materials purchase based on demand and ensure no shortage or overstock.
- To maintain and update daily stock status.
- Promptly enter into system the incoming and outgoing of stock.
- Daily update the system records of any new production or assembled goods.
- To perform office and administrative tasks including filing and retrieving documents photocopying etc as when required
- To prepare routine work reports.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
- Ensure QC to perform incoming, outgoing & return product quality checking.
- Submit GRN and QC report after QC confirm.
- Daily assign product packing personnel on packing tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Arrange courier service collection and reserve pickup.
- Maintaining stock (direct & indirect material) accuracy by performing monthly stock count.
- Ensure stock sufficient for delivery and maintain proper stock control.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Perform administrative tasks & general affairs.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
