**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism.
- Create employee schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer service.
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses, and prepare reports for management.
- Manage cash registers and reconcile daily sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, and social media posts, to advertise special events, menu offerings, and discounts.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry, preferably in a cafe or similar establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
