As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
- Responsible for supervising a group of Technicians for daily goal consists of Safety/Quality/Control/Delivery, subordinates leave management to ensure sufficient resource for daily execution, manage subordinates career growth, guide them to be a successful employee and create a good inclusive working environment.
- Also requires to monitor tool performance which include assist monitoring/unscheduled downtime update, Conversion, PCS and work with stake holders to ensure the equipment to be functioning per requirement.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in any engineering discipline. Preferably EE, Mechanical, Mechatronic, with 2-8 years' experience in managing technicians in a semiconductor or engineering field.
- Able to work 12 hours shift 4 days a week with 3 days off
- Degree in any engineering discipline. Preferably EE, Mechanical, Mechatronic.
- 2+ years of factory operations experience.
- Experience as Team Lead, Engineer or supervisor and has passion to manage people.
- Knowledge in manufacturing science and lean, data science, SQL, statistic, will be added advantage
