**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented **Pharmacist** to join our hospital team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications, while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions
- Provide drug-related information to both patients and healthcare staff
- Monitor and assess patient medication therapies for safety and efficacy
- Conduct medication reviews and recommend optimization strategies
- Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and hospital protocols
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds as needed
- Oversee pharmaceutical stock control and inventory management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Registered with the **Pharmacy Board Malaysia**:

- Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practices and local regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on a **rotating shift schedule** (morning, afternoon, night)
- Prior experience in a hospital setting is advantageous
- Must pass an **English proficiency test** after a successful interview
