Supervisor / Conductor

**Job description**

Responsible to manage overall daily plantation operations, both on site and office and ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department/Plantation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the oil palm/ durian plantation.
- Daily record of the productivity of the workers.
- Arrange workers according to their designated job (based on block’s priority).
- Update workers attendance via Quarto Connect.
- Update Muster Chit
- Update Check roll book & system
- Daily maintenance checklist for vehicles and machinery.
- Update harvesting interval record.
- Supervise, monitor, and control estate operations, including field work.
- Ensure field work is carried out according to estate procedures and standards.
- Implement and update daily reports to the Assistant Manager and Estate Manager.
- Road and drain marking according to plan.
- Daily record on progress of work.
- Ensure field works is carried out according to estate programmes.
- Any other work that related to upkeep and maintenance
- Must be willing to work and stay on the plantation (accommodation provided)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
