We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at DaVita Kidney Care in Rawang. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialized nursing care to patients with kidney disease and supporting the management of their treatments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients with kidney disease, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patients' symptoms and progress.
- Assist in the management of dialysis treatments, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, based on their unique needs and treatment goals.
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patients' assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to minimize the risk of complications and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
**Qualifications**:
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.
- Registered as a general nurse with Malaysia Nursing Board
- Willing to learn and would like to have post-basic qualification for nephrology
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to create presentations and use the Internet effectively required.
- Attention to detail for accurate and efficient medical records management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Min Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare
