**Manufacturing Production Technician**

Set up, test, and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computer technologies.

**Job descriptions**:
1. Set up, entering specifications on computer and operate machinery in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operation procedures (SOP).

2. Regularly inspecting, cleaning and performing maintenance on machinery to maintain the machinery is in good working condition.

3. Optimizing production and quality efficiency by monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipment setting as needed.

4. Conducting quality checks on the products during production process.

5. Troubleshooting problems that arise with machinery and making basic repairment and adjustment.

6. Keeping machinery, dies and toolings maintenance logs as well as maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.

7. Prepare production reports; Standard operation procedure (SOP), tooling & disposable items inventory reports and operations and change over reports.

8. To liase with other departments regarding product quality and productivity related to machinery.

9. Assists engineers in developing, building or testing new products, processes or procedures.

10. To be involve in production floor improvement (5S / Kaizen / Lean manufacturing)

**Job requirements**:
2. At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing industry. Preferably in Technician / Machinery background_**. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.**_

3. Must possess good literacy with good proficiency in excel, words and powerpoint.

4. Knowledge of CNC programming, 2D & 3D software (AutoCAD, Solidwork, Catia, etc) will be an advantage.

5. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, keen attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.

6. Matured disposition, flexible and ability to work with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
