**Key Responsibilities**:
**R2R Operational**:

- Ensure all financial close activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.
- Management of financial activities will include:
- Preparation and posting of journals
- Monthly and quarterly closing activities and reporting. This will include preparation of financial statements, Schedules and Statement variance analysis.
- Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation in accordance with Finance Manual Policy and carry out investigation if any discrepancies noted.
- Consistently achieve and sustain R2R QDIP.
- Involvement in SOX Audit compliance & other internal/ external audit requirements.
- Support financial controller in GAAP & local statutory reporting fillings.
- Transacting accounting entries, ensuring completeness & timeliness of entries booking.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
- Support the delivery of timely and accurate general accounting work, government reporting and group reporting.
- Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Team Manager

**Leadership**:

- Assist with the induction of new team members to ensure understanding of activities and responsibilities.
- Research and resolve issues with mínimal guidance.
- Promoting a team environment by assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
- Work closely with CFS O2C, P2P & IC team and local sites to ensure all month end deliverables are met.

**Innovation**:

- Propose & participate in continuous improvements for accounting/close processes.
- Assist with system testing ensuring internal controls issues are detected, reported and working as required and assist team with systems issues and raise service desk tickets.
- Work in various projects, in various capacities, as requested by Management from time to time.

**Key Requirement**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferably in Shared Service environment).
- Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
- Operating knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- **6 Months Contract Position.**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
