To safeguard the physical well-being of the hotel’s property, employees and guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow company's and department's safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
2. Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/ supervisor.
3. Identify and report unsafe work procedures or conditions to the management.
4. Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
5. Protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers.
6. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
7. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Security Manager.
8. Handle business interruptions and complaints according to the standard operating procedures.
9. Conduct follow-up investigations of all accidents, injuries, losses, or criminal acts occurring on the property.
10. Conduct interviews with relevant parties in order to obtain statements and information related to incidents.
11. Complete a Security Department shift summary/ daily activity report to ensure that all information is properly logged.
12. Assist manager/ supervisor in conducting regular documented safety inspections.
13. Monitor the issuing and receiving of all master keys and walkie-talkies to ensure the safekeeping of these items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
