**Description**:

- Manage project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management - Consult and cooperate with management, colleagues, cross functional team members as well as authorities to ensure timely completion of operational and functional goals - Liaise and coordinate with contractors and consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned projects achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management - Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS). - Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements. - Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health - Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented

**Requirements**:
Qualification - Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Science, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent Experience - At least 5 to 7 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy - Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion Technical Skills - Familiar with MS Office and project management tools/software - Proficient in English and Malay - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Willing to learn and proactive - Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices.
