Responsible for serving customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent customer experience.

**Cashier - Beginning of the shift procedures**:

- _Take over the shift from the previous shift cashiers._
- _Ensure float (initial capital of the shift) is correct._
- _Confirm all cashiers’ POS are working, with sufficient receipt rolls._

**Customer service**
- _Greet customers as they enter and exit the station, and provides fast, efficient and friendly service._
- _To inform customers on current promotions and other relevant information._
- _Handle and guide traffic at the station._

**Merchandiser**
- _Take responsibility for the receiving of goods._
- _Keep shelves full (100 stock pressure), neat, tidy and priced -attractively merchandised according to planogram._
- _Keep fridges stocked (chilled drinks take 24 hours to chill, so keep sufficient backup)._
- _Ensure good housekeeping of the store is maintained._
- _Organize storerooms, keeping them clean and properly merchandised._

**Forecourt**
- _Ensure OPTs are clean, operational and loaded with enough receipt paper._
- _To raise a report and to put a standard notification if any OPT out of order._
- _Ensure rubbish bin are emptied and clean._
- _Squeegees are clean and enough clean water are filled in the pail._
- _Fuel dispensers, sumps, hoses and nozzles are clean, operational and no leakage._

**HSE**
- _Assist to ensure all HSE standard and procedures are complied with._
- _Assist to ensure all safety equipment are available, operational and located at their designated locations, e.g: fire extinguishers, emergency stop button._
- _Assist to monitor and ensure HSE compliance by stakeholders while at station._
- _Support emergency response procedures/actions._

Working station at PETRONAS Temasya Federal Highway Subang Exit, seksyen U1, Kawasan preindustrian temasya, Shah Alam.

Basic salary starts from RM 1800.00
