Cmm Technician

To perform dimensional measurement and quality inspection for in-process, finished, assembled parts and FA parts according to part drawings and specifications.
- To use variety of precision measuring instruments such as CMM, VMM, profilometer, indicators, height gauge, micro-meters and any other inspection gauges. Hands on handling CMM Zeiss Calypso is an added advantage.
- To review and interpret drawings (per ASME Y14.5M) and customer specification to perform visual and dimensional inspections.
- To review and verify all non-conformance items and issuing Non-Conformance Report when found during the inspection.
- To ensure all parts are inspected promptly and released in a timely manner to avoid any line down-time.
- Develop and maintain QC inspection reports appropriately.
- Understanding customer FAIR requirements and ensuring 5S at workplace all times.
- To perform any other QC tasks required.

QUALIFICATION

SPM & above

Requirement

⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in operating CMM machine.

⁠ ⁠Operating CMM brand Zeiss Calypso would be extra advantage.

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge to interpret 2D technical drawing, GD&T, ISO2768

⁠ ⁠Basic skill on handling manual metrology equipment. (example : caliper, micrometer, height gauge, depth gauge, profile projector)

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge on machining product requirement.

⁠ ⁠Extra advantage:
⁠ ⁠3D modelling software (SolidWorks)

Pay: RM1,192.37 - RM4,000.00 per month
