Responsible for controlling and managing the building control system (BCS) in the building & act promptly in emergency situations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive maintenance checks.
- Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management.
- Report any potential problems/hazard to the supervisor and take remedial action.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system include of all the mechanical & electrical-powered.
- Response to building emergency calls.

Site Location : Jalan Tun Razak

Job Type : Contract

Schedule : Day & Night Shift

**CAN START IMMEDIATELY**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 33 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
