1. Reports to the QA/QC Manager on matters pertaining to quality system and its control of Cosmetic Products 2. The QC Assistant is responsible to assist QA/QC Manager for the overall quality management of the company so as to prevent and minimize product defects foods or cosmetic. QA/QC Assistant will make the decision when QA/QC Manager is absent and get approval by Factory Manager. 3. To develop a system to ensure that the facilities and equipment are in order. 4. To establish a well documented system for GMP compliance in manufacturing, quality control, storage and distribution activities. 5. To assist the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department does its job adequately and completely according to set procedures. 6. The QA/QC Assistant is assisting in coordinating of external testing by appointed (contract) lab. 7. The QA/QC Assistant is assisting for Quarantine release of product batches. 8. The QA/QC Assistant is responsible to calibrate each machine by sourcing external calibration company. 9. Assisting in issue and maintaining master records of Batch Numbers, compiling of Batch Manufacturing & Packaging Records and filing in an orderly manner that is well secured and retrievable. 10. Assist to ensure the quality of raw and packaging materials meet its current specifications. 11. The QA/QC Assistant need to help in assess any re-processing of a batch and later document it. 12. Assisting in the Stability Study program and ensuring all products and its different pack sizes undergo this study. 13. Assist for the conduct and monitoring of any Product Recall. 14. Assist for the proper method of disposal of rejected products, or wastes
