**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a hands-on and responsible **Facility Technician / Assistant** to support day-to-day facility maintenance operations at our manufacturing plant. This role involves upkeep, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of building utilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs for facility systems including:

- Electrical (lighting, sockets, distribution boards)
- Plumbing (water pipes, toilets, drains)
- HVAC systems (air conditioning, exhaust fans)
- Compressed air, water supply, and fire protection systems
- Monitor facility equipment and building conditions to detect potential problems early.
- Assist in the coordination of contractors for major maintenance, renovation, and servicing works.
- Ensure timely response to any facility-related issues reported by other departments.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, tools, spare parts inventory, and safety inspections.
- Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and 5S activities within the facility.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Facility Supervisor or Engineer.

**Requirements**:

- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a facility/maintenance-related role in manufacturing or commercial buildings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and general building services.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies when needed.
- Good communication skills and physical stamina.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
