Crew Restaurant

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team. As a **Crew Member**, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and packaging.
- Operate POS system and handle cash or digital transactions.
- Ensure product quality and consistency according to company standards.
- Support team members and follow supervisor instructions.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and food-handling procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen, aged 18 years and above.
- Minimum SPM qualification (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in the food & beverage industry is an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
