Maintain quality and food safety management system to ensure factory operation activities are according to the standard specifications and requirement. Work with other functional areas within Carlsberg technical support in hygiene improvement and Continuous Improvement project. Execution on QCOM activities and full compliance on QCOM requirement as part of Carlsberg Group direction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to ensure effective implementation of pre-requisite program (PRPs), HACCP, quality system and FSSC 22000.
- Process and liaise with certification body for compliance audit in ISO and HACCP System, coordinate internal audit and external audit.
- Documentation controller as to update relevant quality SOP, ISO and HACCP documents.
- Responsible for the food safety validation, establishment, modification, and implementation of new or existing equipment / methods in production.
- Coordinate QCOM activities and hygiene management activities within the brewery to maintain required quality, hygiene standard and adhere to QCOM compliance.
- Ensure sustainability of Carlsberg excellence foundation programme (e.g 5s, PMS, Kaizen) is practiced and maintained.
- Assist in raw material & packaging material risk assessment, SCAR documentation.
- Any additional task assigned by the Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferably in the F&B industry with quality assurance or any related role.
- Proven working experience in FSSC 22000, conduct internal and external audit, supplier audit.
- Qualified food handler trainer will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge in quality management system and food safety system **(working experience under FSSC 22000 certified company).**:

- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proactive, honest, co-operative, able to communicate effectively with good human relation skill, team player, independent.
- Demonstrated quality in work i.e. accurate, thorough and effective.
