Accounts Assistant/clerk

**Job Summary: The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Account Executive in various accounting tasks, including data entry, account receivable and payable, invoice issuance, payment processing, document preparation for audit and tax, and maintenance of accounting records.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Key in data into the accounting system accurately and timely.
- Assist the Account Executive in preparing account receivable and payable schedules, worksheets, invoices, payment vouchers, and deposit listings.
- Ensure timely payment processing by preparing payment schedules and tracking all payments made.
- Assist the Account Executive in preparing and compiling documents for audit, tax, monthly management accounts, and other financial reports.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of all accounting records to ensure easy retrieval.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as an Accounts Assistant.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
