**Position : IT Executive**

**Career Level: Junior Executive (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)**
- To provide the company with overall technical support, troubleshooting of end user PC, software hardware, online teleconference call, setting of photocopy networks and other IT related matters.
- To install, configure and maintain various types of hardware and software including creating user accounts
- To configures, installs, operates, monitors, patches, maintains and troubleshoots operating systems.
- To carry out recovery functions and backup system as and when necessary
- To liaise with Headquarter IT team to ensure / monitor servers are running efficiently, maintenance tasks on hardware and software, resolving technical problems
- To perform regular upgrade antivirus to ensure the anti-virus software is up to date, troubleshooting for any virus or malware detected and PC firewall policies are secured to the company
- To perform audit, update system documentation and inventory check for own IT department
- To performance any other task and responsibility as and when required by the Company
