The Accounts Assistant supports the finance team by performing day-to-day financial operations, including processing transactions, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with month-end reporting. This role is essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Processing**:

- Process supplier and customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements with company records
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain financial records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and filed
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Follow up on outstanding payments and issue reminders
- **Support Month-End and Year-End Processes**:

- Assist with preparing financial reports and statements
- Help in the preparation of VAT returns and other tax filings
- **Expense Management**:

- Process employee expense claims
- Ensure compliance with company expense policies
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc duties as needed
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
