1. Maintain records of financial transaction by establishing accounts, posting transactions ensure legal requirement compliance.
2. Develops system to account for financial transaction by establishing a charts of account defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
3. Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including account receivable, account payable, audit and general ledger reporting.
4. Cash handling function for the hotel and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk.
5. Assist with analyzing financial statement on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned departments heads.
6. Assist with financial and tax audits and assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
7. Assist the financial controller with system administration. G/L account reconciliation, inventories, monthly closing and ful P&L responsibility.
8. Assist financial controller with completing the year
- end audit processes.
9. Post city ledger payments in property management system, reconcile and bill all city ledger account.
10. Perform follow-up billing and credit collection documentation and inform controller of any potential uncollected account.
11. Reconcile credit card back-up to General cashier summary and inform controller of any discrepancies.
12. Reconcile bank statement.
13. Reviewing all ledger detail ledger, city ledger and deposit ledger to validate proper payment and revenue posting report on a daily basis.
14. Maintain subsidiary account by verifying, allocating and posting transactions.
15. Maintain subsidiary account by reconciling entries.
16. Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
17. Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance reconciling entries.
18. Maintains historical records by filling documents.
19. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
