**About the Role**

DÔME Café Malaysia is seeking a passionate and proactive **Marketing Executive** to support the execution of brand, product, and store-level marketing initiatives. You will assist with campaign rollouts, content coordination, store marketing materials, and day-to-day marketing operations. **Role Overview**

**1. Campaign Execution & Promotions**
- Support the execution of national and outlet-specific campaigns (LTOs, festive menus, brand activations).
- Coordinate campaign timelines and rollouts in-store, digital and social media platforms
- Prepare briefs and liaise with in-house teams to deliver marketing materials. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.

**2. Content Coordination**
- Manage the social media content calendar - from planning to scheduling posts across IG, FB, TikTok.
- Support photo and video shoots and coordinate assets across platforms.
- Liaise with in-house teams, agencies, influencers, and content creators to deliver visuals and videos that are on-brand and on time.
- Monitor post-performance and compile basic social media reports.

**3. Store Marketing & Brand Consistency**
- Conduct routine checks across outlets to ensure brand consistency.
- Track and manage printing needs, artwork updates, and SOP compliance for store-level marketing.
- Assist in the quarterly refresh of in-store visuals and menu inserts.
- Respond to customer reviews on Google, Grab, and relevant platforms.

**4. Partnership & Event Support**
- Assist in organising cafe events, brand activations and PR/media engagement.
- Support corporate partnerships and voucher campaigns (client comms, logistics, tracking).
- Liaise with mall marketing teams on joint activities and promo placements.

**5. Misc & Operations Coordination**
- Maintain campaign trackers, photo archives, internal marketing documents and reporting templates.
- Assist with research tasks (competitor tracking, price benchmarks, industry trends)
- Prepare internal decks, recaps, and other supporting materials as required.
- Support day-to-day marketing needs as and when required.

**What We are Looking For**
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in F&B, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills — you chase things down, not let them disappear.
- Copywriting flair with a good grasp of brand tone and audience nuance.
- Design sense — basic design skills are expected - bonus points if you have a flair for layout.
- Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, IG, TikTok), Canva, Google Drive, and Excel/Sheets.
- Multitasker with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
