**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usabilitytesting, and ethnographic research.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate insights and recommendations.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to integrate user insights into the design process.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.
- Stayup-to-date with the latest UX research methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers, providing feedback and ensuring research quality.

**Requirements**:

- 3+years of experience in UX research.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience with user research tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the automotive industry or with SaaS products.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Proven track record of conducting impactful user research.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
