**Job Details**
- Work Location: 18 Lab Café Elmina (Elmina Sales Gallery, Shah Alam)
- Working schedule: 6 days a week (by schedule)
- Operation hours: 9am - 8pm (2 shift)
- Welcome guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful demeanor, while also addressing any menu-related inquiries.
- Utilize a point-of-sale system to input orders and accept payments via credit card reader or cash register, ensuring precise change calculation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare a variety of foods, including sandwiches, pastries, baked goods, and cakes, while adhering to serving guidelines, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Operate specialized equipment such as ovens, yogurt dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to craft customized hot and cold beverages tailored to customers' preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee kiosk on a daily basis by bussing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing kitchen utensils, and managing waste disposal.
- Foster effective communication with colleagues and management to establish work schedules, onboard new hires, and address any interpersonal conflicts that may arise.
- Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly, resolving issues in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Uphold a tidy and hygienic appearance by wearing a designated uniform, displaying a name tag, and adhering to the company's dress code.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least SPM
- Basic knowledge of barista techniques and food preparation.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive demeanor and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
