**Position : Content Writer/Developer**

**Tenure : 2 years contract renewable basis**

**Working Hours : For 2 weeks training ( 6PM - 3AM), After 2 weeks ( 7AM-4.30PM)**

**Working Location : Shah Alam**

**Salary : RM 2800 - RM 3200 + Allowance**

**Responsibilities**:

- Research, write, and update technical articles for products across platforms and operating systems, adhering to industry and organizational standards.
- Manage Knowledge Base by revising existing articles for new software releases, incorporating service packs and patches, optimizing for SEO, and identifying content for archiving.
- Cross-link Defect-related articles with relevant resources and create index articles for consolidating similar content.
- Address user feedback and ArcGIS Ideas, collaborating with the ESS - OSR Documentation team to initiate document remediation.
- Produce instructive videos based on technical articles to enhance user understanding.

**Job Requirement**
- Adherence to organizational standard operating procedures and processes while maintaining a high degree of efficiency is required.
- Master's Degree in one of the following fields:Computer Science/Information Technology, Geographical Science Geology/Geophysics, Journalism Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Proficiency in English is COMPULSORY

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
