Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Kami di Farmasi i-SIHAT Sdn Bhd sedang mencari seorang Pembantu Farmasi yang berdedikasi dan bersemangat untuk menyertai pasukan kami. Pembantu Farmasi akan bertanggungjawab dalam membantu ahli farmasi menjalankan tugas harian, termasuk menyediakan ubat-ubatan, memberikan khidmat pelanggan, dan menguruskan inventori.

Tanggungjawab:

- Menyediakan dan mengeluarkan ubat-ubatan mengikut preskripsi.
- Memberi maklumat dan nasihat asas kepada pelanggan mengenai penggunaan ubat.
- Mengendalikan transaksi jualan dan menguruskan pembayaran.
- Menguruskan stok dan inventori ubat-ubatan serta produk farmasi lain.
- Memastikan kebersihan dan susunan farmasi sentiasa terjaga.
- Membantu dalam tugas-tugas pentadbiran seperti pengemaskinian rekod pesakit.

Kelayakan:

- Mempunyai Sijil/Diploma dalam Farmasi atau bidang berkaitan.
- Pengalaman bekerja sebagai Pembantu Farmasi sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun.
- Pengetahuan asas tentang ubat-ubatan dan penggunaan mereka.
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja dengan teliti dan mematuhi peraturan farmasi.

Kemahiran:

- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan mampu memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
- Kemahiran organisasi yang baik dan perhatian kepada perincian.
- Kemahiran menggunakan sistem pengurusan farmasi atau perisian berkaitan.
- Keupayaan bekerja dalam pasukan dan mengendalikan tekanan kerja dengan baik.
- Kecekapan dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris, baik lisan mahupun tulisan.
