Location: Alor Setar
- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
- To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained
- To be responsible for completing mis en place
- To liaise with supervisor and implement new menu/dishes/systems where applicable
- To ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to, such as food hygiene policies

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate in Food /Beverage are welcome
- At least 1 year working experience in food/Beverage/Restaurant Service
- Teamwork, and Passionate about F&B career and keen to advance his/her managerial experience
- Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekend and public holidays
- Ability to perform detailed work quickly, safely and able to comply with company SOP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
