**Position: Technical Support Specialist ( IT Support)**

**Location: Shah Alam**

**Tenure: 2 years contract (Renewable basis)**

**Working Hours/Days: Fixed Night Shift (9 pm - 6 am), 5 days a week**

**Salary: RM 3500 - RM 4800 (Negotiable) + RM 900 Fixed Allowance (Shift + Training)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) / Oracle/ PostgreSQL
- Optimize database performance by fine-tuning queries, indexing, and resource utilization to ensure optimal response times.
- Analyses and troubleshoot slow-running queries, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance enhancements.
- Implement and enforce data security measures, including user authentication, authorization, and encryption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve database-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in database development, optimization, and IT system integration.
- Qualifications

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, etc.).
- Proficient in SQL, Oracle, SSL, Web Certificates, Proxy Servers, Windows Servers, and LDAP.
- Excellent communication in English
- Experience in server or network administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
