Process & Compliance Intern

Work closely with ACO Tech staff in managing the document control management inclusive of the following tasks:

- Coordinate and plan document content review sessions (procedures, SOP, etc) with all functional departments in ACO Tech.
- Updating document content according to the review session.
- Responsible for compiling the record of updated documents and ensuring the updated document is available for future reference.
- Responsible for content planning, content review, issuance, and communication of the internal Process Compliance newsletter to all ACO Tech employees.
- Act as an Observer in the planned internal audit event coordinated by Process Compliance in performing the following tasks:
**Pre-Audit Phase**:

- Coordinate the arrangement (audit invitation, meeting room reservation, etc.) of audit sessions to respective internal auditors and auditees according to the final audit plan.
- Sending reminder audit sessions to respective internal auditors and auditees.
- During the Audit Phase:

- Responsible for taking audit minutes from the audit sessions in which he or she is involved.
- Facilitate and expedite any request from the auditors throughout the audit sessions.
- Post Audit Phase:

- Upon completion of audit sessions, compile all relevant audit documents (audit notes, audit checklist, audit findings report, etc).
- Ensure all audit records and evidence is available for future reference.

**; Requirements**: - 1) Entry-level experience with project management, documentation management, or business management.
2) Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Operation Management, Management Information Systems, or any related field.
3) An attentive, enthusiastic, proactive, organized, and attention-to-detail person.
4) Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
5) Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
6) Familiar with Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy.
