**Job Summary**: The Marketing Intern will assist in the execution of marketing plans and strategies across various online and offline channels. This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside the marketing team to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support promotional campaigns. The role will offer hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and market analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in delivering and executing the marketing plan across multiple channels, including digital and traditional marketing.
- Support the development of engaging content for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the social media and digital team to coordinate social media content and online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and track marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies where necessary to meet goals.
- Assist in organizing and managing marketing events and activities.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with other departments.
- Help manage relationships with stakeholders, including external vendors and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a creative mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
- Previous experience in marketing (e.g., university projects, or volunteer work) is a plus.
