Human Resources Executive

**URGENT HIRING**
- Male / Female
- Recruit, Interview, Hire and Train new staff.
- Manage HR Operations of the company (Letters, Contracts etc.)
- To manage employee complaints, labor disputes and assisting superior in other requirements and arrangements in human resources.
- Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Advise Management on HR-related matters.
- To assist in drafting and maintaining departmental SOPs.
- Manage recruitment processes including local and foreigner.
- Generate attendance and payroll related reports for internal and external submission.
- Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements. (examples JTK, PBT, and KDN)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
