**Restaurant Floor Crew Job Description**:
As a floor crew, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent customer service experience. You will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
1. Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
2. Make recommendation for dishes, take order and deliver food and beverage services.
3. Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
4. Ensure mis-en place is well stocked at all floor stations.
5. Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
6. Ensure food and beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manor.
7. Practice Chak'z 1964 grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
8. Ensure services are delivered according to restaurant standards.
9. Ensure the smooth operations of the section appointed and restaurant.
10. Obtain customer’s feedback to ensure guest a satisfactory dining experience.
11. Prepare beverages following recipes.
12. Serve beverage and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
13. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
14. Keep the bar area clean.
15. Maintain stock of clean mugs and plate.
16. Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
17. Comply with health and safety regulations.
