In charge of overall human resources matter such as recruitment & selection, manpower planning compensation & benefit, training & development, payroll, performance appraisals and discipline related matter.
- Develop, implement and manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, guidelines and programs.
- To liaise with government office pertaining employee related issues especially with HR department, labour office and any other related government body
- Develop and maintain HR system in compliance and aligned with company policies and ensure HR practices are following all legal requirement of government regulations.
- Keep up to date with HR legislation, before providing suitable solution and interpretation to Management.
- Understand and analyse organization capabilities and work with managers to review and develop the right organizational and ways of working for the business.
- Oversee training need analysis and prepare training plan accordingly
- Drive continuous improvement on human resources policies and procedures to all organization/ division
- Organize and lead the company events/ activities.
- Plan for merit increment/ promotion budgets and executions.
- Manage a team by setting clear job expectation, coaching the team to consistently deliver quality services and resolving daily issues
- To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time

**Job requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent
- 3 year's experience in human resources or related field
- Familiar with HR and Admin practice
