**Job Responsibilities:

- **

The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing workers, vendors, suppliers & subcons and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & review of work progress to ensure that project complies to project schedule & budget and maintaining site & safety records on site.

Responsibilities for Site Supervisor:

- Oversee day to day operations of the site
- Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & review of work progress on site
- Work alongside with Project Team
- Preparing & submitting work progress reports
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of site, equipment & materials
- Evaluating the performance of vendors/suppliers/subcons and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Supervise and evaluate vendors/suppliers/subcons & keep accurate records of workers attendance and timesheets & maintaining an accurate record of site attendance
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
- Briefing, supervising and instructing the construction team as well as vendors/suppliers/subcontractors.
- Control and monitor site cleanliness & work place comply to applicable local authority regulations.

- Possess own vehicle for operation activities
- Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
- Hard Worker and Possess a “can do” attitude
- Strong command of the English & Bahasa Malaysia. (being able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be an added advantage)
