**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily accounting jobs, General Ledger and finance matters
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis of accounts
- Prepare and processes cheque requests, manual cheque and online payments
- Daily update when received the documents such as update invoices, debit or credit note and issue payments
- To assist and prepare full set of accounts and reports
- To assist auditors in auditing of accounts
- To update cash flow and perform bank reconciliation monthly
- To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Good understanding and know how to prepare full set account
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduate is welcome.
