CNC Machinist

**Responsibilities**:

- Have knowledge in handle milling machine 3 axis, 4 axis or 5 axis.
- Able to run CNC/ Manual machine according to production schedule.
- Able to set-up CNC programming & perform 1st piece test cut.
- Preparation of Work Instructions, Inspection check sheet and Job Order.
- Preparation of materials.
- Preparation of Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures and cutting tools both turning and milling components.
- Line improvements and UPH upgrading activities.
- Carry out manual drilling, deburr & dress activity (if necessary).
- Daily updates inspection machine/ gauge/ equipment check list.
- Carry out dimension check and fill in inspection check sheet and process sheet according to drawing requirements.
- Send Finish good material to finish job area/ rack.

**Criteria/ Qualification/ Certification**:

- Diploma in Aviation / Technical SKM (Level 2 or 3) OR
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- No Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Age: 25 to 45 years old
- Gender: male
- Language: Malay/ English
- education background: SPM and above
- Other requirement: handskill/ machine skill (CNC Machine), familiar with tools and equipment's

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
