**Job Title: Car Park Executive**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Car Park Executive to oversee the overall management and performance of our car park operations across assigned sites. This role is responsible for supervising site supervisors, ensuring operational excellence, optimizing revenue, and maintaining high standards in customer service, safety, and staff performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Management**

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of multiple car park locations, ensuring all activities run efficiently, professionally, and according to company standards.
- **Team Leadership & Supervision**

Supervise and support Car Park Supervisors; provide leadership, performance evaluations, and guidance to ensure staff productivity and service consistency.
- **Performance Monitoring**

Assist to track operational KPIs such as occupancy rates, revenue collection, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- **Revenue Oversight**

Monitor parking revenue collection, audit records, and ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions and reporting.
- **Customer Service Management**

Handle escalated customer issues or complaints and ensure timely resolution. Train team members on service excellence and proper protocols.
- **Compliance & Safety**

Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, SOPs, and local authority requirements. Implement safety initiatives and conduct periodic audits.
- **Reporting & Documentation**

Prepare detailed operational reports for management. Maintain documentation on incidents, maintenance, staffing, and performance metrics.
- **Coordination with Management**

Liaise with higher management to align car park operations with company goals and business strategies. Propose improvements or system upgrades when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in parking or facilities operations
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
- Proficient in using parking management systems and Microsoft Office tools

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
