**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Handle office correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned.
- Handle general office correspondence, filing, and documentation (both digital and physical).
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on payments, and create professional quotations.
- Support in meetings and events.
- Liaise with government bodies and agencies when necessary.

**Job Requirement**
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken & Written).
- Good computer Skills (Microsoft Office and SQL).
- E-Invoice Knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Location**:Kepong / Selayang**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
