**Responsibilities**:
- To assist line manager in planning and implementing integrated marcom plans and events to targeted customers
- Monitoring and maintaining of websites and social media accounts. Must stay up-to-date with latest digital media developments
- Brainstorm social media content ideas, marketing activities and research latest marketing trends amongst industry peers
- To analyse marketing campaign performances and to monitor ROIs and KPIs
- To work closely and build strong relations with advertising agencies and media networks
- Execution of company events and CSR activities which includes handling of corporate sponsorships
- To monitor and update marketing budget consistently
- Proactively support the entire communication function, including several important administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes and maintaining databases
- Manage and prepare materials for new launch product, social media platforms (FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube), and official websites.
- Drive marketing initiatives and publicity campaigns via social media platforms, exhibitions, and B2B sites.
- Develop marketing communication plans through market study, track campaign effectiveness and run post-mortem report.
- Copywrite, translate and proofread of full spectrum of marketing communications to ensure brand accuracy.
- Manage external creative/media/digital marketing agencies towards projects timelines.
- Savvy with digital and social media to run e-marketing campaigns.
- Enforce corporate brand guidelines
