ARA Experience is a bridal fashion tech startup whose has locations in both Australia and Malaysia. Our goal is to provide modern brides with A Refreshing Alternative to traditional wedding dresses. Through our interactive eCommerce platform, we focus on providing brides with their dream dress at an affordable price. Using our ARA Modular technology, we create a unique and personalized experience for each bride by accurately communicating the fit and style of the dress on a realistic version of their body. Our retail experience eliminates the stress that comes with other bridal dress shopping alternatives.

**Role Overview**

As a **Bridal Cutting & Sewing Assistant**, you will assist in the garment production process by cutting fabrics, performing simple sewing tasks, and ensuring high standards of quality. You will work closely with our **Bridal Production Assistants** to prepare materials and assemble gowns according to technical specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cutting fabric pieces according to patterns and tech packs.
- Assisting with basic sewing tasks such as stitching, hemming, and overlocking.
- Preparing materials, including marking, pinning, and fusing.
- Lace placement, lace sewing, lace trimming, draping, hand placement work, embroidery, hand beading
- Organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
- Supporting the production team with any additional tasks as needed.
