**What you’ll do**
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking progress.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Manage budgeting and construction estimating processes to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence.
- Implement effective strategies for resource allocation and equipment management.

**Basic qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in using tools like Bluebeam for document management and HeavyBid for estimating.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and experience with Primavera P6.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Familiarity with pipeline construction practices and quality control measures.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and conducting thorough inspections using tools like an ohmmeter.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
