**Business Process Consultant - S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO)**

Business Process Consultant will act as a trusted partner to our customers on their business transformation journey to S/4HANA On-Premise and Cloud. The role requires deep understanding of the SAP functional area Finance & Controlling, common industry practices and a service-oriented attitude that translates to success for everyone. **Your key responsibilities**
- Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes.
- Design, configure, implement, test, train and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
- Develop business process documents and other necessary documents as per project requirements.
- A team player to a strategically distributed global team. Some team members may be located offshore.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Financial / Accounting or equivalent
- Deep understanding of basic FICO processes
- Min 3-8 years’ experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (SAP FICO)
- Experience configuring and implementing the following:

- Setting up organisational structure and other FICO master data
- Finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management, financial supply chain management, cash management and real estate management.
- General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, controlling, project systems and funds management
- Financial consolidation and reporting
- Integration knowledge of SAP FICO to other SAP modules
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud implementation

**Description**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Understanding of business requirements and functional specifications to deliver technical solutions to address the requirements.
- Develops technical specifications with a comprehensive unit testing plan.
- Executes unit test plan to ensure desired functionalities are working as expected.
- Creates presentations and other materials as required for knowledge transfer to support the team.
- Works cooperatively with other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.

**Essential Functions (Continued)**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline; or equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree.
- 1-3 years of experience as an ABAP and/or UI5 consultant in SAP implementation.
- 1 full cycle SAP implementation project.
- Exposure to the following technologies: ABAP Object, Enhancement techniques, Dialog Programming, OData service provisioning, UI5.
- ABAP implementation or support experience in the following modules are preferable: Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Material Management.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Exposure to OData service provisioning through SAP Netweaver Gateway.

- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience designing and troubleshooting SAP solutions.
- Conflict management and negotiation skills to navigate the interests and viewpoints of multiple parties and reach a common solution.
- Creative mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo to exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner and tailor messages to fit the interests and needs of the audience. Demonstrated strong command of the English language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple client projects, prioritize, and delegate as needed.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
