**About Glowwe**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Conceptualize and create user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for our website and mobile app.
- Design and develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes and apps that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Ensure consistency with Glowwe's brand identity across all web and app elements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions for web and app design challenges.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and optimize the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in web and app design, incorporating new technologies and design principles into projects.
- Translate design mockups and prototypes into functional web and mobile app experiences.

**Who You Are**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Web Design, User Experience (UX) Design, App developer, Web developer, Computer Science with a design focus) or recent graduate.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or app design projects.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design (UCD) methodologies, and best practices in web and app accessibility.
- Having good understanding about app development knowledge technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and user-centric experiences.
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
