**Job Description:

- **
- To monitor and ensure sufficient inventories at warehouse at all time without short supply for customer requirement.
- To coordinate for internal and external (third party) stock take.
- To monitor and ensure proper inventories movement control & record.
- To plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order and dispatch of goods.
- To sign approve for Transfer Note & DO as when Manager absent.
- To authorize for ERP system documentation.
- To liaise with JB Store or Purchasing for incoming part/ material shortage issue.
- To escalates any incident regarding packing/ quality/ logistics/ deliveries to higher hierarchical levels.
- Responsible for the timely notification of any potentially dangerous situation regarding the stocks of materials (overstock or out of stock).
- To propose Kaizen ideas in accordance with the objectives of the warehouse.
- To motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- To monitor staff performance and progress. Supervise staff personnel disciplinary conduct.
- To ensure all department process meeting ISO/IATF requirement and achieve KPI target.
- Responsible for organizing, signalling, the order and cleanliness of all areas for storage in the warehouse according to the 5S principles.
- To produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- To maintain and ensure proper documents filling system are in place.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by superior.

Requirement:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or Equivalent.
- Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point.
- ERP/SAP System knowledge is added advantage.
- Possess good leadership & supervisory skills and ability to work independently.
- Willing to work at Kapar, Selangor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
