Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and drivers.
- Schedule and dispatch delivery vehicles according to customer demand and driver availability.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep accurate records of all deliveries, including dates, times, locations, and any special instructions.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on their deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure that orders are delivered as requested and on time
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum SPM.
- Computer literate: MS Office.
- Able to converse in Malay and English.
- Good communication and leadership skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Possess own transportation.
- No previous experience is required (as long as you are willing and ready to learn)
- Immediate Starters Preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
