**Job Description: Business Analyst with Project Management Experience**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a **Business Analyst with Project Management experience** who will be responsible for leading and managing digital projects, with a strong focus on **app and web systems**. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to deployment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with technical implementation.
- Lead and manage projects, including defining scope, setting project timelines, and ensuring delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and other teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to improve business processes and system functionalities.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to prevent potential roadblocks.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Maintain documentation, including project plans, business requirement documents, and reports.
- Ensure Agile or hybrid project management methodologies are effectively implemented.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Minimum **4-5 years of experience** as a **Business Analyst and/or Project Manager** in IT-related projects, with a strong focus on **app and web system development**.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with **Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies**; PMP or Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with vendor and third-party management is a plus.
