You are required to perform these job functions:

- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
- Support the cooking process by operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops under supervision.
- Ensure that food items are cooked, plated, and presented according to established standards for taste, appearance, and portion size.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and sanitizing food preparation surfaces.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination, foodborne illnesses, and accidents.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking ingredients, and notifying supervisors of shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate food orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely service to guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors or management to support the overall operation of the FnB outlet.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
