Supply Network Planner Executive

**BAT MALAYSIA IS LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY NETWORK EXECUTIVE**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Mid-to-Senior
**LOCATION**:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
- Execute activities to support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO KPIs for the assigned Area/Category
- As SNO “single point of contact” (SPOC) working with a specific factory/ end market to help achieve Area/Category, Direct Reporting Business Unit (DRBU) & Region’s targets
- Actively adopt and implement digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, PBI, and other online tools) for the assigned factory/end market/category
- Continuously upskill technical capabilities and commercial understanding
- Continuously seek and explore process simplification within Area & DRBU

**Reports to**:Senior Supply Network Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Responsible for communication with the supplier, customer and/or customer service, demand & distribution exceptions
- Responsible for the supply chain networks and maps, overall inventory within the supply network, monitoring and actioning supply exceptions
- Responsible for calculating stockholding policies and (Multi echelon Inventory Optimisation (MEIO) FG) managing inventory service levels, safety stock and inventory levels
- Responsible for managing and validating the cumulative planning lead-times, resolving and communicating supply issues the impact external demand, achieving optimal plan for the entire planning horizon (FG, WMS, SFG)
- Responsible for the planned orders (deployment) for inter and in-market inventory deployment
- Responsible for execution of distribution orders within the firm zone, collaborating with the demand planner, master planner (or SNP) and local distribution orders in the scheduling zones
- Responsible for ensuring constraint availability, D&I planning, transactional and master data, demand analysis, MP planning, transactional and master data, collaborating with the Purchasing Planner, Production Scheduler and D&I Planner.
- Approval of parameter automation policies due to segmentation, stockholding or other policies, sharing forecast with suppliers
- Responsible for firming and aligning supply and planned orders (for production and purchasing) in the planning zone, managing the constraints in supply, defining and maintaining the resources that are not in source system
- Create Planning BOM and new constraint in KXS Rapid Response

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE**
- Do you have experience in Supply Planning?
- Do you have experience in managing external/global suppliers?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University degree desirable (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)
- 2 to 6 years of experience across Planning, Logistic, NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and digital skills
- Good Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
- Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
- Some evidence of leadership capabilities, for example:

- Experience with ERP / Planning systems.
- FMCG and/or consumer electronics supply chain experience
