Cyberjaya, Malaysia Oriental Property Management Sdn Bhd Full time

Repair and maintenance of air conditioning, faulty appliances, carpentry, drywall, fix electrical issues, flooring, painting, plumbing, waterproofing, construction civil and structural work.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of electrical installation and monitoring of LV/HV facility equipment performance.
- Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance with the schedule.
- Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors.
- Coordinate special projects as directed by the Building Manager/Executive.
- Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
- Meeting deadline and KPI set by the company.
- On 24 hours Stand-By-On-Call at designated sites that may be assigned to you.
- To record daily task in log book

**Requirements**:

- A Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering / technical related discipline.
- Possess Wireman PW, PW4, AO, A1 - A4, BO and etc.
- Preferably with working experience in Property Management Agency Co.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Able to work on Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
