**Key Accountabilities**:
**What You’ll Do**

**Leadership & Team Development**
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to meet performance targets and quality standards.
- Provide pastoral care, career guidance, and regular 1:1s to support team growth and engagement.
- Act as a point of escalation and quality assurance across the recruitment lifecycle.

**Recruitment Delivery**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring alignment with service level agreements.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, review shortlists, and guide offer decisions.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Use data and insights to influence decisions and optimize recruitment outcomes.

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure data integrity across systems and trackers.
- Monitor demand forecasts and team performance, adjusting plans as needed.
- Champion compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards.
